Can you help me choose a label printer for small batches?

Your business assistant

Let's narrow it down. What will you print on: paper labels, packaging, or directly on a product?

I can check your requirements against the product information available.

The opening hours end.
The questions don't.

Product questions, delivery policies, the same FAQ again. Give visitors a useful first response while your team focuses on requests that need their attention.

Your knowledge. Your boundaries.

Support that starts
with your business.

Decide what the assistant can use, how it introduces itself, and where customers can find it.

01

Give every answer a starting point.

Upload approved documents and FAQs. File Search retrieves relevant knowledge; optional Web Search looks within the domains you allow. Customers can open website citations to check the source.

Documents, product information, policies and approved websites.

02

Make the assistant your own.

Set its instructions, name, greeting and colour. Choose a floating chat button or an inline conversation. Control which website origins can use the agent.

Copy an embed code. Update the agent from your dashboard.

03

Know what customers are asking.

Review conversations, captured leads and requests for human help. Choose whether to display contact sharing and human-help buttons for each agent.

A handoff records a follow-up request. It does not currently connect a live operator.

04

Keep your team in control.

Manage workspace members and roles, review audit events, and activate or pause agents. Visitors can choose the widget language; browser preferences help select the initial interface language.

A workspace for managing your agents and their knowledge.

Our example shop dispatches orders within two working days. Delivery then takes three to five working days. I don't have access to your order, so I can't confirm an individual delivery date.

Start with a focused pilot

Let your team
put it to the test.

Start with the questions customers already ask. Expand after your team has reviewed the answers.

  1. Tell us about your support needs.

Agree on the first use case, success criteria and any custom integrations.

  2. Prepare the knowledge.

Share approved product information, FAQs and policies. We configure the agent and its boundaries.

  3. Try it with your team.

Test everyday questions, missing information and requests for human help. Refine the knowledge and instructions.

  4. Put it on your website.

Add the embed code after approval. Review conversations and keep your business information up to date.

Clear responsibilities

Human oversight.

You choose the information and website access. Your team reviews the conversations that need follow-up.

  • Tenant-scoped workspaces and role-based administrative access.
  • Approved website origins and configurable web-search domains.
  • Conversation review and audit events for sensitive administrative changes.
  • Documented boundaries for custom actions and customer-data access.

AI can make mistakes. Important answers and decisions should be checked. Agree on data handling, access and retention before uploading confidential business information.

Read our data-use notice

Before you begin

A few useful answers.

Can 24talk replace every customer-service task?

It can answer questions using approved sources and capture requests. Sensitive decisions, exceptions and unsupported questions need human review. Live transactions require separately agreed integrations.

What happens when information is missing?

The agent should ask a clarifying question or explain its limits. Its instructions and knowledge need testing; AI responses are not guaranteed to be correct. You can enable a button for requesting human help.

Can it look up a customer's order or book a meeting?

These are custom integrations. We first agree on the available APIs, identity verification, permissions and approval steps. Google Calendar, CRM, order and booking systems are examples we can assess.

Do visitors need an account?

Visitors can use a public demo or embedded widget without a 24talk administrator account. Access to private customer records would require a separate identity-verification flow.

Can I change the language and appearance?

You can configure the agent name, greetings and colour. The widget supports English and Indonesian interface selection. AI response language depends on the question and agent instructions; review specialist terminology during your pilot.

How is the proposal priced?

We discuss conversation volume, agents, knowledge, AI and Web Search usage, onboarding, support and custom integrations. Contact us for a proposal tailored to that scope.

Are conversations stored or sent to an AI provider?

Conversations are stored for review and relevant content is processed by the AI provider to generate replies. Use fictional or approved information in a demo. Read the data-use notice before sharing information.
