This notice describes the landing page inquiry form and public demonstrations. A company's production deployment may require additional agreed terms.

Proposal inquiries

We use your name, company, email, optional website and integration interest, and message to respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit credentials, payment information or private customer records.

When online submission is enabled, the backend validates your details and sends them to the 24talk inquiry mailbox through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. Inquiry content is not sent to an AI model or automatically saved as a customer record in the 24talk application database.

Emails remain in the inquiry mailbox and may be processed or retained by the email service. Infrastructure providers may process request metadata for operation and security. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry.

Demonstrations

The prepared examples on this landing page use fictional information and do not call an AI service. A separately linked live AI demo stores conversations for review and sends relevant content to the AI provider to prepare a reply. Use fictional or approved information. Do not submit sensitive personal data.

Your business deployment

Discuss the intended data sources, access requirements, retention periods, deletion process and provider arrangements before a production rollout. The landing page does not promise a specific storage region or compliance certification.
